Gogebic Taconite Helped to Write the Mining Bill

In an earlier post (January 27, 2013) on this blog, I said that the Mining Bill was a special interest bill intended to benefit a single company: Gogebic Taconite. It turns out that this is not as surprising as one might think because the company was able to participate in writing the bill.
